Yesterday we had the opportunity to visit the campus of the Federal University of Dourados (UFGD), where the students in the agriculture college presented to us about their agriculture majors and organizations.  We also had the chance to present to them about Tarleton and American agriculture.  We also go to experience the dining hall located on campus, where we enjoyed semi traditional Brazilian food.  Afterwards we accompanied an Animal Science class to a local cattle farm where the students were finishing their course with a tour to bring together all the things they had learned about cattle production.  We finished the evening by presenting to local farmers and ranchers about the grain production in America.  Where we got into a discussion about corn verses sugar cane for ethanol production.
